Check for a vacuum leak......wasn’t there something about this intake was not for this engine....something different with the intake ports being different ? A vacuum leak will cause the car to run lean and make the headers glow.....I know the vid is a few days old now....
You also need to make sure that the water is held in the radiators long enough to be cooled down before returning to the motor. This is done with either a restrictor plate or the proper thermostat.

Your either running way too lean or your timing is off or both. Running rich will tend to cool everything so your headers would be "cool" also (no bright red).
Its lean add more fuel!
There is a waterless cooling system made by a company called Evans, it's a cooler running system than normal antifreeze but if you have had antifreeze in the motor you need to completely flush it and two other steps before putting in the Evan's system , so that way you will never have to run antifreeze again

Red headers are not enough timing advance, tune the timing correctly and it will be fine for a while (support the turbos will help greatly). Also I have that laptop and it is so much faster with a $20 SSD drive.... use Macrium and image it over.. boom 10x faster.

mild L24 with webers and pipes sounds and likely goes faster, the roller skate wheel look doesnt do the body justice which looks like it sits too high. Going wider body longer wheelbase and lower by cutting the floor and shortening the doors would look better for those wheel sizes. I was hoping with all this effort it would look like a race car eg. le mans or JTTC beast but just looks like a high heeled blue shoe.

Looks like your tune is dumping alot of fuel into the engine and which in return is being dumped into the hot manifolds and combusting inside hence the red hot metal.

TSP is fully correct on how you should properly break in the engine by putting power through it right after you heat cycle it I've seen plenty of engines break down cuz they weren't used to the power every now and then if it was just drove in normal conditions just like a stock car when you floor it every now and then

Evans waterless coolant!!!! also your crank and cam timing may be off one tooth causing all the heat to go out the exhaust instead of being absorbed through the cylinder walls. I had that problem last week the log manifold was cheery red made the correction.

Bummer to hear about the issues Chris. Have you thought of buying a junkyard block just to get the thing running/driving and then worry about getting the Texas Speed engine running after SEMA. That'll take pressure off of you to get the thing on the dyno and ensure its running right. Good luck!
